Richard A. Robinson, age 76, of Troy, OH passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018 at the Upper Valley Medical Center ER, Troy.  He was born on June 30, 1941 in Troy, OH to the late Roy R. and Vivian L. (Rife) Robinson.

He is survived by his wife of almost 57 years; Barbara Evelyn (Gustin) Robinson; son: Mark A. (Debbie Marshall) Robinson of West Milton; daughter: Laura E. Bigelow of Piqua; brothers: Jerry R. (Judy)Robinson of North Carolina and Steven M. (Jean) Robinson of Topeka, KS; sister: Judy M. (Bill) Dean of Topeka, KS; grandchildren: Ashley, Megan, Courtney, and Kristine; and great grandchildren: Isabella and Evelyn.

He was a 1959 graduate of Miami East HS.   He served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War from 1959-1962.  He retired from Yellow Freight and worked previously for City Transfer and Storage in Troy.

Services will be held at 10AM on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with interment to follow at Casstown Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00PM on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Bethel UMC, 2505 East Loy Road, Piqua, Ohio 45356.
