Richard Lee Quinn Jr. 44, of Troy, Ohio past away Tuesday September 17, 2014 at his residence. He was born December 20, 1969 in Troy, Ohio to Richard Lee Quinn Sr. and Beulah Bramlette Quinn of Troy.

He is survived by his daughters Sierra Maggert of Youngstown, Ohio and Lindsay Welker of Troy, Ohio; sister Sherry Forman and husband Ronald of Tipp City; Cousin Shannon Bramlette of Troy; niece Kendra Sue Forman; nephews James Everett and Daniel Allen Forman both of Tipp City and numerous extended family.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday September 20, 2014 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Troy at a later date. Friends may call on the family Saturday September 20, 2014 from 1-4PM.
