Mr. Mouser died at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, OH as a result of a motorcycle accident. He is survived by two children, Ryan of Piqua and Richard T. of Avon, Indiana; sister and brother-in-law, Davey Jean and David S. Doud of Frankfort, IN; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Susie Mouser of Avon, IN and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hulen and Regina Blair Mouser. Mr. Mouser served 6 years in the US Air Force and was member of AMVETS Post 88 of Troy. He graduated from Avon High School, Avon, Indiana. Mr. Mouser was Director of Marketing & Charter Development at Miami Valley Aviation,Middletown, Ohio.
