Richard C. Klosterman, age 84, of Kettering; formerly of Troy passed away on January 24, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital.  He was born on June 21, 1937 in Piqua to the late Cletus and Rose (Paulus) Klosterman.

Dick is survived by his wife of nearly 44 years: Sandra Klosterman; children: Ken (Denise) Klosterman of Newport, WA; Mike (Kathie) Klosterman of Dayton; Steve (Robin) Klosterman of Troy; Gary Klosterman of Franklin; Karen (Darren) Vivolo of Lithia, FL; Dan Klosterman of Mountain View, WA; stepchildren: Bernie Lemmon of Beavercreek; Susie (Crist) Knoop of Ft. Myers, FL; Mark (Christina) Lemmon of Cincinnati and Kim Lemmon of Ft. Myers, FL; sister: Mary Lou (Bob) Golembiewski of Chandler, AZ; brother: Bill (Edie) Klosterman of South Bend, IN; sixteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his sister: Joan (Bob) Thompson and daughter-in-law: Lisa Lemmon.

Dick was a former member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Piqua and graduated in 1955 from Piqua Catholic.  He was employed with Federal Pattern in Dayton for 42 years as a pattern maker.  He enjoyed golfing and bowling.  Dick enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
