Richard D. Jackson, age 78, of Troy, Ohio, formerly of The Villages, FL and Leesburg,FL died Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at the Harborside Healthcare Center, Troy, OH. Born of the late Robert C. Jackson and Myrtle King Jackson. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Alice B. Walker Jackson and second wife, Barbara M. Adams Jackson along with two sisters, Dorothy Hyden and Mary Ann Martindale. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Susan Jackson and Michael D. and Patti Jackson; grandchildren, Matt and Kate Jackson, Chris Jackson and Christine and Mike Cox; great-grandchildren, Stephan Jackson and Ty Cox. A member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church, he was a WWII US Navy Veteran and a member of the Troy Elks Lodge #833. He retired from Hobart Brothers Company, Troy, Ohio.
