Richard F. Brush, 87, of Troy, Ohio died Wednesday, March 12, 2003 in Dayton, Ohio. He was born July 15, 1915 to the late William Benjamin & Elizabeth Viola Owens Brush. He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma Waters Brush and 1 daughter, Carolyn Sherwood. He is survived by 3 children; Daughter and son-in-law; Jean & Harold Roof of Dayton, Ohio; Son and Daughter-in-law; Fred & Joyce Brush of Bradford, Ohio; and Gary & Wanda Brush of Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Brush had 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a special friend; Wanda Malmsbury of Troy, Ohio. He attended the Gethsemane Brethren in Christ Church in Brandt, Ohio. He was a former auto mechanic with Kruse Brothers Pontiac in Troy before retiring from Hobart Brothers in Troy. He retired in 1983 after 15+ years of service. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
