Rhea A. Brammer, age 89 of Troy,Ohio died Thursday, February 3, 2005 at the Koester Pavilion, Troy. She was born of the late, Russell and Nelle Purnell Buckles. She is survived by her children, Sally Byrket; Melanie Richard Stokes; Paula ''Tabert'' Dan Thomas; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and one great-greatgrandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harry Robert Brammer; three brothers and one daughter, Merila Kay ''Butch'' Smith. A member of the Tipp City United Methodist Church, Rhea was a very giving person often supporting local charities. She was also known for her Christmas Village which local school children visited each year and had been featured in area newspaper articles. Rhea was formerly employed with Elder-Beerman in Dayton.
