Raymond I. "Ray" Bice Raymond I. "Ray" Bice, age 65, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 6:18PM on Wednesday, July 16, 2008, at the Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. He was born on July 22, 1942 in Piqua, Ohio, to the late Ron and Beatrice Snyder Bice. His wife of 42 years, Betty A. Eggers Bice, survives. He is also survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Tracy and Todd Cook of Largo, Florida; four brothers: Ron Bice Jr. of Vandalia, Ohio, Robert Bice of Troy, Ohio, Larry Bice of Florida and Dick Baskerville of Piqua, Ohio; one sister-in-law, Connie Eggers of Troy; and one granddaughter, Taylor Nicole Cook of Largo, Florida. Ray received his associate degree in law enforcement. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, Knights of Columbus, Tippecanoe F&AM Lodge and the American Legion of Troy; a life member of the Troy VFW and Troy AMVETS; and a member of the Troy Fish & Game Club. He was also a veteran of the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War, serving from 1959-1966. Ray retired from Hobart Corp. Services will be held at 10:30AM Monday, July 21, 2008 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Masonic Services will be held at the visitation and Military Honors will take place at the graveside. Friends may call from 2-5PM Sunday at the funeral home.
