He was born on November 10, 1958 in Dayton, Ohio to Donald and Egie O. Muncy Dillon of Casstown, Ohio. In addition to his parents, Randy is survived by his brothers: Michael Dillon of Piqua, Ohio, Barry Dillon of Troy and Dirky Dillon of Casstown; and two nieces. He was formerly employed by RT Industries, Troy, Ohio. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Monday, March 15, 2010 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with interment to follow at Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio.
