Ralph Yaggi, formerly of Troy, died in Scottsdale, AZ on July 16, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Viola M. Kramer Yaggi;two daughters and son-in-law: Margaret Hagedorn; Barbara and Tom Davis; brothers and sisters-in-law: Forrest Yaggi, Maurice and Esther Yaggi, James Emory and Tannie Johnson; sister and brother-in-law: Marie and Creel Johnson; three grandchildren, Steven and wife Laura Hagedorn; Andy and wife, Laura Davis; Angela and fiance' Jeremy William Davis; two great grandchildren, Kiley and Tyler Davis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emory James and Nora Barker Yaggi. Mr. Yaggi was a WWII veteran serving in the US Navy; member of St. Johns United Church of Christ, Troy, OH; member of Troy Optimist Club and served as Lt. Gov.; acitve in Soap Box Derby; Teener League; Past Grand Marshall of Troy Strawberry Festival; Troy Elks BPOE #833. He was the retired owner/operator of Yaggi Coffee Service.
