Ralph E. Osgood is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Buddy and Tina Osgood; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Douglas Lloyd; one brother, Phillip C. Osgood; one sister, Martha Ann Buffin; seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marhta I. Osgood and his parents, Albert H. and Mary Ruth Jarvis Osgood and one son, Ted Osgood.

Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
