Rachel Annette Landes Rachel Annette Landes, age 92, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 7:30PM on Monday, June 1, 2009 at her residence. She was born on December 26, 1916 in Troy to the late Ferd and Blanche Mitchell Gilmore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Clarence Landes, on September 14, 1980. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Jean Keklis of Huber Heights, Ohio and Kay Ann Allen of Troy; eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and one sister. Mrs. Landes was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy. She was employed by the Troy City Schools. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Riverside Cemetery Chapel, Troy with Rev. Fr. James Duell officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
