R. Thomas ''Tom'' Lewis Jr. age 53, formerly of Troy, OH of Celina, OH. Died Tuesday 1/9/2001 in the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, OH. Survivors include parents Russell Thomas & Doris J. Starry Lewis Sr. of Troy, OH; wife, Kathi S. Whitacre Lewis, Children, Jeffery Myers, Mindy Hernandez, Misty Lewis, Rachel Lewis, Andrea Lewis, James Nuding, Amanda Nuding, Danielle Nuding & Jessie Nuding. Sisters, Becky Myers, Judy McEldowney & Diana Boling. 3 Grandchildren. US Army Veteran. Member of Celina Eagles, Celina Moose, & VFW. Graduate of Troy High School '65. Contributions can be made to American Lung Association.
