Phyllis Marie Mumford, age 75, formerly of Troy, OH died Friday, Oct. 27, 2000 in Reno, Nevada.  She was born March 19, 1925 in West Virginia to the late, Monte and Melisa Yost Cook.  She is survived by her husband, Roy P. Mumford; son, James L. Mumford of Reno, NV and daughter, Mrs. Jeanne Dunn of Troy, OH; sister, Jean Norris of Troy; four grandchildren, Tom Mumford; Lori Mumford; Hope Jones and Holly Mumford and three great-grandchildren, Dustin Mumford; Brandon Jones and Randie Marie Jones.

She was retired from AO Smith Co., Tipp City, OH.

Services will be held 10:30AM Friday, November 3, 2000 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH.  Interment in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.  Friends may call from 5-8pm Thursday, November 2, 2000 at the funeral home.
