Phyllis A. McNeeley, 71, of Troy, Ohio died on Friday, November 4, 2005 at her residence after an extended illness. She was born on July 27, 1934 in Champaign County, Ohio to the late John R. and Laura E. Bowen Sharp. She married James F. "Frank" McNeeley and he survives. Also surviving are two children, daughter and son-in-law; Julie and Ronald Niswonger of Troy, OH; son and daughter-in-law; John and Kelley McNeeley of Sidney, OH; sister and brother-in-law; Imogene and Sam Wollum of Springfield, OH; three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren; two nieces and two nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Mary Neff. She was a member of Clifton Avenue Church of God, Springfield, Ohio. She was a 1952 graduate of Westerville High School. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 2:00PM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with the Rev. Sam Wollum officiating. Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio. Friends may call on the family on Monday, November 07, 2005 from 4-7PM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio.
