Phyllis Jean Webster, age 66, of Troy, OH passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at the Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit.  She was born on December 18, 1950 in Greenville, OH to the late Gerald L. and Catherine (Brown) Fourman.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years: Neil Webster; son: Gerald (Kristin) Webster of Covington; daughter: Catherine (Ronald) McFarland of Bradford; brothers:  Richard (Sue) Fourman of Greenville, Marvin Leroy (Carolyn) Fourman, Delbert (Edna) Fourman, Larry (Debbie) Fourman and  Randy (Sharon) Fourman,  all of Arcanum, and Elvin Fourman of El Dorado; six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her brothers: Roger and Donald Fourman and granddaughter: Jessica Webster.

Phyllis was a graduate of Edison State Community College.  She was formerly employed with BF Goodrich and WalMart.  She was an active member of the Troy Senior Citizens Center and enjoyed square dancing, line dancing, clogging and round dancing.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy with Rev. Dr. Doug Magin officiating.  Interment will take place in Ithaca Cemetery, Ithaca, OH.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Troy Senior Citizens Center, 134 North Market St., Troy, OH 45373 or the American Red Cross for Hurricane Harvey Relief, P. O. Box 37839, Boone, IA 50037-0839.
