Obituary
Phyllis Ann Fischer is survived by her former husband, Ronald E. Yoakum; her caregiver and life partner, Jon Manwaring; daughter, Kayleigh Fischer and a brother, Phillip Fischer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Maxine Ann Zerbe Fischer.
Services will be Thursday, 10:00AM Thurs., June 8 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, Ohio.
