Phyllis E. Emswiler, 74, of Tipp City, Ohio died on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at her residence. She was born on January 2, 1931 in Troy, Ohio to the late Joe and Ruth Peck McWilliams. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Elwood "Woody" Emswiler; three children, Roger Dale Leisa Plank of Covington, Ohio; Sue Ann Jay of Englewood, Ohio; Bruce Edward Plank of Englewood, Ohio; brother, Harold McWilliams of Florida; sister, Lois Barnhart of Missouri; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Dale R. Plank in 1966. She was a graduate of Troy High School, class of 1948. She retired from Hobart Corporation in Troy, Ohio. There will be a graveside service on Friday, October 28, 2005 at 1:00pm. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City, Ohio.
