PHILIP WADE SMITH, II

PHILIP WADE SMITH, II. age 33, of Troy, formerly of Sidney, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015 following an automobile accident.  He was born in Sidney on June 7, 1981 to Shirley (Hughes) Mullin of Sidney and the late Philip Wade Smith.

In addition to his mother, Philip is survived by his grandmother: Rev. JoRetta Hughes of Sidney; Step grandmother: Betty Jo Smith of Sidney; brother: Wesley Hughes of Sidney; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, who all cared deeply for him.

Philip recently spoke openly about his belief in God and looked to change his life for the better.

Memorial services will be held from 2-6 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at VFW Hall on St. Rt. 25A, Sidney, OH.  Arrangements are being handled by Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
