Philip E. Slough, 69 of Troy Ohio died Sat. 1/9/1999 at his residence following an extended illness.  He was born 12/09/1929 in Troy, Ohio to the late Lester and Dessie Kessler Slough.  He is survived by: his wife of 49 years Patricia A. Sloan Slough, 3 children Mrs. Doug Patricia A. Slifer of Covington, Gregory E. Slough of Troy and James C. Slough of Piqua.  6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Mr. Slough retired in 1985 as a machinist and electrician for Process Equipment Co. in Tipp City after 38 years of service. He was a graduate of Troy High School.  Services will be held Tues. 1/12/1999 at Baird Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Boleen officiating.  Burial will be in Miami Memorial Park in Covington.  Friends may call Mon. 1/11/99 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 PM at the Baird Funeral Home 555 N.
