PHIL W. JACOBS, age 55, of Troy passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. Phil was born July 18, 1962 in Troy to the late Thomas Jefferson and Rosemary (Russell) Jacobs.

Phil is survived by his daughters: Taylor (Nick) Adami and Anna Jacobs, both of Troy; grandson: Lincoln Adami; brothers: Tim and Jeff Jacobs, both of Troy; and friend: Tom Cooper of Casstown.

Phil was preceded in death by his parents.

Phil was a 1980 graduate of Troy High School. He retired from FHI in Tipp City. Phil enjoyed volunteering at the Moose Lodge. He was an avid University of Tennessee fan and an avid bowler, with several 300 games.

A wake will be held for family and friends at Troy Bowl, 1530 McKaig Ave., Troy, from 6-8 PM on Friday December 22, 2017, the eulogy will be at 7 PM.
