Penny Jo Manson Flory Penny Jo Manson Flory, age 44, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 6:44PM on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born on July 19, 1967 in Troy. She is survived by her mother, Peggy Leona Evelyn Sloan of Troy; father and stepmother, Michael and Sue Manson, Sr. of West Milton, Ohio; three sons: Jeremy Michael Andress, Keith Ray Flory and Joseph Raymond Flory; siblings: Peggy Louise Ishmael, Michael Manson, Jr. and Regina Lee Slater; and her paternal grandmother, Mildred Manson. Penny was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother and maternal and paternal grandfathers. She attended Troy Schools. Services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Riverside Cemetery Chapel, Troy with interment to follow. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
