Paul R. ''Rick'' Hines, age 58, of Tipp City, Ohio died Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. Born of the late Paul R. and Helen I. Dorman Hines. He is survived by his wife, Diana P. Stoner Hines of 38 years. He is also survived by his children: Lesley John Bowman; Tiffany Lon Lavy; Paul Rodney Mary Jo Hines, and Jeremy Amanda Hines; grandchildren, Kelsey and Lindsey Bowman; Trevor, Trinity, Trista, Trelissa, Treyton, Treanna, and Trace Lavy; Paul Roegan Hines, and Breanna Hines. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, C. Douglas Hines and granddaughter, Tracy Louise Lavy. A graduate of Troy High School in 1965. He was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy and employed with Chart-Tech Tool, Tipp City. Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.
