Paul Edward Dick, age 72, of Gaffney, SC and formerly of Troy, OH passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at his residence.  He was born September 20, 1946 in Troy, OH to the late Russell Edward and Viola Ruth (Cotterman) Dick.  Preceded in death by sister: Mildred A. Mowery.

He is survived by children: Mrs. Jeannie A. (Jeff) Davis of Gastonia, NC; Mrs. Sharon L. (James) Moody of Gastonia, NC and Mrs. Angel K. (David) Lucas of Gaffney, SC; brother: Darrel (Pam) Dick of Springfield, OH;  grandchildren: Jennifer M. Adams, Ashaya M. Morris, Sharae V. Lucas, Jeffery K. Davis, Makayla R.E. Lucas and Hannah R. Lucas and great grandchildren: Erin McManus, Matthew T. Lanier, Jeffery M. Davis, Millicent H. Davis, Evangeline L. Morris and Danielle Kellie Morris, Malachi J. Price

Paul served his country in the US Army.  He was a retired greeter at McDonald's in Troy.  He enjoyed fishing and recycling.

Services will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH.  Interment will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, OH.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-1:00PM on Friday, December 21, 2018 at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation @ www.cff.org,.
