Patricia Ann Swank is survived by her husband Willard E. Swank, Jr. who she married on Dec. 29, 1954; two daughters and son-in-law, Valerie and Kenneth Miller and Vanessa Berry; son, Brian Keith Swank and a sister, Jean Doughman; six grandchildren, Lee Rademachir; Aaron Rademachir; Todd Rademachir;Kimberly Swank;Tiffany Swank; Joshua Berry; 2 great grandchildren, Andrew Rademachir and Calista Rademachir.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick George and Mabel Irene Sturm Holder; a sister, Linda Bayman and a brother, Dale Holder.

Mrs. Swank was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church - Troy and a lifetime member of VFW #5435 Post Auxiliary of Troy.  She was employed at Burger King.

Services will be at St. Patrick Catholic Church-Troy, Ohio with Fr. Thomas Brunner officiating.  Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Vandalia, OH.  Contributions are requested to Hospice of Dayton or Koester Pavilion, Troy, Ohio.
