PATRICIA A. "PAT" (KOLACKI) ALEXANDER

PATRICIA A. "PAT" (KOLACKI) ALEXANDER, age 64, of Piqua, formerly of Toledo, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Koester Pavilion in Troy.  She was born in Toledo to the late Edward and Stephanie (Lawniczach) Kolacki.

Pat is survived by one daughter: Sarah (Joel Cobble) Wrobel of Toledo, cousin: Bonnie (Nicholas) Krochmalny of Toledo; and her dog, Zeke, who was her life companion.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter: Mary Beth Alexander; and sister: Kathleen Scott.

Pat retired from Ohio Bell.  She was a lifelong catholic who loved volunteering at the food pantry.

Memorial mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 29, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 528 Broadway Street, Piqua, OH 45356.  Funeral mass will be at Little Flower Parrish in Toledo at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 with a luncheon following.
