Patricia Lou (McBride) Honeyman, age 80, surrounded by family, surrendered peacefully after a long and arduous battle with dementia, on November 24, 2022.

She was born in West Milton, Ohio to Charles and Anna (Allen) McBride.  Pat married Glenn Honeyman in 1958.  They soon had a family, a business and remained married until Glenn's death in 2017, just shy of their 59th anniversary.

She was a proud homemaker and protected her family ferociously.  Pat later worked for Miami Co. Clerk of Courts, where she retired.  Pat and Glenn belonged to the VCCA (Vintage Car Club of America) and the "Hickory Nut Gang" of Ft. Loramie, Ohio, which lead to a lifetime of memories and the best of traveling buddies.

Preceding her in death were her husband, parents, brothers: Don, Tim and Gary McBride, grandchildren: Jesmond and Judd Boehringer; sister-in-law: Linda (Biser) Honeyman, mother and father-in-law: Stella (Wackler) and Forest Honeyman and beloved dog Rusty.

She is survived by her daughters: Teresa (Chris) Boehringer, Tina (Mike) Duff, Tracy Honeyman; grandchildren: Nate (Laura) Boehringer, Seth (Samantha) Boehringer, Samantha (Garrett) Fisher, Zack (Katie) Feltner and Kayla Duff.  She was especially proud of her fourteen great-grandchildren.  Pat is also survived by a sister Diana (McBride) Schimp and in-laws: Don Honeyman and Alice (John) Sheafer.

Special gratitude to Donna Trotter, a longtime friend who was there through all the ups and downs over the years.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.  Burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery.  The family will receive friends 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
