Pamela M. La Lumiere Pamela M. La Lumiere, age 51, of Troy, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at the James Cancer Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born on June 6, 1958 in Omaha, Nebraska to Norman J. and Jane H. Desy Montigny of South Bethany, Delaware. She married Robert G. La Lumiere on November 23, 1985, and he survives. In addition to her parents and her husband, Pamela is survived by her daughter, Kari A. La Lumiere and son, Matthew R. La Lumiere, both of Troy; two brothers and two sisters-in-law: Peter J. and Tina Montigny of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Jonathan D. and Cheryl Montigny of Pasadena, Maryland; sister and brother-in-law: Lisa M. and Jeff Cann of Pasadena, Maryland; her dog, Leala; and many nieces and nephews. She was a 1979 graduate of Salisbury State University in Maryland. Pamela was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy where she was a Faith Formation Teacher along with her husband and a Eucharistic Minister at the church as well as a volunteer at St. Patrick's Soup Kitchen. She was also involved with the Troy Baseball Parents Association. Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30AM on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy. Friends may call from 3-5PM and 6-8PM Monday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the James Cancer Hospital or Pelotonia 2010 both are involved with cancer research at The Ohio State University, 300 West Tenth Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43210.
