Omer Fred Evans, Jr. age 73 of Troy, Ohio died Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at his residence. Born of the late, Omer Fred Sr. and Leona Bey Evans in Sidney, Ohio. He is survived by his wife, Patty L. Carey Gwinn Evans; son and daughter-in-law, Omer Wayne and Kathleen Evans; daughter, Dorene Evans; stepchildren, Ginger and Randy Karnehm, Linda and Tom Weng, Debra and Bob North; three grandchildren, Darren, Joshua, and Novella; great-grandchildren, Dakota and Hannah; numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Leola and Leona and stepson, Larry Gwinn II. He attended the Troy Gospel Tabernacle and was a US Navy Veteran having served in the Korean War.
