Norman L. Burton, age 81, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County in Troy.  He was born on November 20, 1942, in Piqua, to the late Lester and Mary (Mauchamer) Burton.

Norman is survived by his wife of 54 years: Karen Sue (Niswonger) Burton; two children: Michael (Stephanie) Burton of Troy and Matthew Burton of Sarasota, FL; one sister: Mary Nell Waymire of Tipp City; and numerous other family members.

Norman was a graduate of Butler High School.  He served in the US Army Reserves.  Norman was a member of the Antioch Shrine in Dayton, and Troy American Legion Post 43.  He loved golfing and playing the lottery.  Throughout his life, Norman was a barber and later retired from Montgomery County MRDD.
