Norma J. (Hoke) Jacobs, age 93, of Troy, OH passed away on February 28, 2024 at Hospice of Miami County.  She was born on March 9, 1930 in Brookville to the late Clarence and Bernadine (Kneckt) Hoke.

She is survived by her sons: Steven B. (Silvia) Jacobs of Davenport, FL and Dale E. Jacobs of Troy; daughter-in-law: Debi Jacobs of Troy; granddaughter: Abreanna Jacobs of Cincinnati; sisters: Willa Dickey of Union and Mary Lou Hofaker of Greenville and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Marvin V. Jacobs; son: Kevin K. Jacobs and siblings: Helen, Robert, Dale, Nolan, Leonard, J.R. and Gerald Hoke.

She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Troy.

Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 AM, March 9, 2024 at First Lutheran Church, Troy.  Private Burial will take place in Riverside Cemetery in Troy.
