Norma L. Carver, age 93, of Piqua, OH passed away on March 23, 2023 at Heartland of Piqua.  She was born on August 24, 1929 in Clarksburg, WV to the late Graydon and Jossie Helen (Stout) Browning.

Norma is survived by her son: Robert Lee Carver of Piqua; sister: Margaret Satterfield of Troy; special cousin: Wanda Stout of Colorado and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years of marriage: George William Carver; daughter: Lora "Peggy" Preston; and brother: Paul David Browning.

Graveside Service will be held at a later date at Riverside Cemetery, Troy, OH.
