Ned R. Scarff, age 86, of Troy, passed away on October 13, 2024, at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy.  He was born on September 12, 1938, in Troy, to the late Raymond and Ramona (Rhine) Scarff.  On May 23, 1987, he married Dorothy "Dottie" (Stevens) Scarff and she survives.

In addition to his wife, Ned is survived by four children: Rick N. (Laura) Scarff of Naperville, IL, John Christopher Keysor of Franklin, OH, Gregory Scott (Debbie) Keyser of The Villages, FL, and Daniel Ray (Teresa) Keyser of Valdera, FL; grandchildren: Brian, Ashley, Shawn, Meagan, Tyler, Neah, Trey, Bryceson, Andrew and Matthew; and numerous great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandson: Derrek; daughter-in-law: Kathy Keysor; and brother: Ted Scarff.
