Nancy J. Zeigler, 84, of Troy, OH passed away on January 24, 2026 at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient. She was born on September 8, 1941 in Troy, OH to the late Donald Eugene and Onda (Class) Battson.

Nancy is survived by her children: Thomas J., Diane K., and Keith L. Zeigler; grandson: Joshua A. Zeigler; and siblings: Judy (Paul) Butts, Sue (John) Penrod, Linda (Tildon) Ishmael, Mary (Don) Knisley, and Roger (Diane) Battson. In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas C. Zeigler; and siblings: Barbara (Dave) Rudasill, Kay Collins, and Robert (Carol) Battson.

Nancy worked as a bank teller at The Peoples Savings Bank in Troy. She also served as a treasurer for the Troy Emergency Crew. Nancy loved sewing, quilting, and traveling, especially to Florida in the winter.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Baird Funeral Home. Private interment will be held at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City, at a later date.
