Nancy Lee Parks Kelsey, age 73, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Hospice of Miami County in Troy.  She was born on January 8, 1948, in Dayton to the late Lee and Mary (Trimble) Harmon.

Nancy is survived by three children: Shari Rowe of Tipp City, Terry (Jessica) Parks of Piqua and Michelle (Delmar Steiner) Lutz of Troy; two step-children: Cindy Stone of Columbus and Kenny Kelsey of Troy; one sister: Bonnie (Sam) Greer of Worthington; two brothers: Tom Harmon of Dayton and Kevin (Pam) Harmon of New Carlisle; three half-sisters: Theresa Reed of CA­­­­­,­ Debbie Harmon of WA and Tammy Harmon of Sidney; twelve grandchildren: Heather (Travis) Rogers, Tony Null, Doug Parks, Mariah (Lee) Andrew, Bradyn Renner, Kassandra Kessler, Noah and Nolan Lutz, Emily Stone, Kent (Sara) Kelsey, Justin (Samantha) Kelsey and Ralph Morgan; and eleven great grandchildren: Alexus and Corey Rogers, Ava and Oliver Andrew, Elijah and Maddox Morgan, and Tayten, Tyson, Tristan, Brayden, Kameron and Laynee Kelsey.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Elden Kelsey; one stepdaughter: Sherry Kelsey; and sister-in-law: Debbie Harmon.

Nancy was formerly a Manager at the restaurant in McCrory's.  She was a member of DAR, Troy Moose Lodge and Troy Eagles.  She enjoyed genealogy and watching movies, but especially spending time with family and friends.

Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 20, 2021, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Troy.  Family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
