Nancy Ellen Counts, 69, of Troy, Ohio died on Saturday, June 10, 2006 at her residence. She was born on August 6, 1936 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Herbert C. and Ruth Ellen Leis Johnson. She is preceded in death by her husband; George R. "Buddy" Counts on December 15, 1993. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law; Pamela & Benjamin Wolfe of Covington, OH; Cathleen & Thomas Johnston of Troy, OH; Cristine & Giacomo Scalice of Troy, OH; two sisters & brothers-in-law; Carol & John Mano of Plumville, PA; Joan & James McKenzie of Tipp City, OH; six grandchildren, Elizabeth Macy; Benjamin Johnston; Samantha Johnston; Tony JoLynn Scalice; Lindsay Ray Stuchell; Amanda Scalice all of Troy, OH; Giacomo Missy Scalice of Bakersfield, CA and four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, Eugene and Bruce Johnson and one sister, Mary Jane Johnson. She attended Tippecanoe High School. She retired in 1983 from Tipp Novelty and from Dolly Toy in 2002. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 @ 10:00AM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
