Myrtle Davis Brown, age 84, of Troy died Sunday, April 22 at the Brethren Home in Greenville, Ohio. She was married to Carl Brown for 33 years who survives. She is survived also by her daughters, Barbara Brown and Beverly and her husband, Keith Murgatroyd; brother, Chester Davis and two sisters, Mabel M. Davis and Margaret Batdorf; three grandchildren, Amy Nichols, Chris Allwine and David Murgatroyd. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alva and Bertha Rudisill Davis and brother, George and sisters, Rosella and Mary Davis. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren and a graduate of LostCreek High School. She was retired from Hobart Manufacturing after 42 years of service.
