Mildred A. Cobaugh Mildred A. Cobaugh, age 93, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 6:26PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at her residence. She was born on December 14, 1915 in Miami County, Ohio, to the late Russell and Bertha Bittinger Kuntz. She was married to Cecil Cobaugh for 55 years before his passing in 1990. She is survived by her loving children: Jana Bobby Sparks of Casstown, Ohio and Jody Jack Hewitt of Troy, ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
