Michael L. Scarff, age 65, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at his residence after a short illness.  He was born on April 15, 1956, in Troy, to the late Robert L. "Mick" and Edna Ellen (Vannoy) Scarff.

Michael is survived by one aunt: Laura Jean Grove of Ansonia; one cousin: Denise Grove of Ansonia; and friends.

Michael was a 1974 graduate of Troy High School.  His interests included cars, tractors and motorcycles.  Michael was a former employee of both Teegarden's Lincoln-Mercury in Troy and Beaver Heilman in Covington.  He retired from Stephenson's Auto Repair in Greenville.  Recently, Michael enjoyed mowing lawns and doing snow removal for people.

Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Burial will follow in Casstown Cemetery in Casstown.  Family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
