MICHAEL D. HACKETT, age 56, of Troy passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at his residence.  He was born on December 10, 1957 to the late Melvin D. and Wanda N. (Burnside) Hackett.  His wife of 18 years, Karen (Jasinski) Hackett survives.

Michael is also survived by one son: Robert D. Hackett of Troy; and two sisters Bev (Tony) Kelley and Brenda (Cevin) Wagner, both of Troy.  In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by one sister: Bonita Sue Hackett.

Michael was a 1977 graduate of Troy High School.  He attended Troy View Church of God in Troy.
