Michael A. Smith, 49, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on May 28, 2004 at his residence. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 22, 1955 to the late Robert F. and Mildred E. EschenbergSmith. He is survived by one son, Joshua Smith of Troy, Ohio. He also is survived by his brother and sister-in-law; Robert G. Linda Smith of San Marcos, Texas and sister and brother-in-law; Nancy J. Robert Miller of Celina, Ohio. Also surviving are two nephews, Chad and Scott Miller, both of Dayton, Ohio. Also one niece, Cherish Hein of Celina, Ohio. He enjoyed watching auto racing and college football. He also enjoyed Lighthouses and the outdoors. He worked at Hobart Brothers as a stainless steel rod drawer. A Private family memorial service with the immediate family and close friends will be held at the family's convenience. The Eulogy will be delivered by Rev. Linda K. Smith Ph.D. of Free Them Ministries in San Marcos, Texas. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his sons Education Fund at Bowling Green State University.
