Maude Finfrock Longendelpher, 94, of Piqua, Ohio and formerly of Troy, Ohio, died on Thursday, May 26, 2005 at the Piqua Manor Nursing Center, Piqua, Ohio. She was born on November 2, 1910 in Covington, Ohio to the late William and Dona Crampton Finfrock. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law: Linda & John Slonaker of Troy, Ohio; sister, Marie Hoover of Troy, Ohio; two step grandchildren; Stephanie Bill Favorite of Arizona; Michael Denise Slonaker of Sidney, Ohio; five step-great-grandchildren; Chelsea Jeff Applegate of Piqua, Ohio and Chad, Travis, Allison and Matthew Slonaker of Sidney, Ohio and one great-great-grandchild, Caitlyn Applegate of Piqua, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; 1 son, R. Edward Longendelpher; 6 brothers, Barney; Homer; Milo; Ralph; Roger and William Finfrock and 2 sisters, Isobel Sink and Ethel Smith. She was a member of First United Church of Christ, Troy, Ohio. She was a graduate of Covington High School. Friends may call on the family, Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy from 10:00-11:00AM. Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 11:00AM, with the Revs. Al and Carol Bastin officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
