Mary Ann Therese Anderson Mary Ann Therese Anderson, 74, formerly of Tipp City, OH and more recently of La Grange Park, IL, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2007 at the University of Chicago Hospital, Chicago, IL following an illness of three weeks. She was born May 17, 1933 in Buffalo, NY, to the late George and Mary Ann Hennessey Braun. She was married to Robert Gerald Anderson who preceded her in death on September 12, 1999. She is survived by four children: one son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Paige Anderson of Alexandria, VA; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Christa and Carl Petitt of Powell, OH, Erin and Adrian De'ath of Chicago, IL, and Mary Jo Anderson of Chicago, IL; four brothers: Fr. John Braun, Fr. Fran Braun, Jerome Braun and Paul Braun; and one grandson: Cameron Robert Petitt son of Christa and Carl Petitt of Powell, OH. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her sister. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, OH and a former member of the American Nursing Association. Mrs. Anderson received a Bachelor of Nursing from the St. Louis University. She practiced and taught nursing for twelve years prior to raising her children. Funeral services will be 10:30AM Thursday, July 12, 2007 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, OH, with Rev. Fr. Jim Duell officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Troy, following the service. Friends may call from 3-6PM Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.
