Mary E. Teets, 71, died at UVMC - Troy, Ohio on Sunday, March 2, 2003. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, Kim Newhouse, a sister, Katie Wyer, five grandchildren, Jamie Newhouse, Steven Wale, Terri Nischwitz, Russell Newhouse and Ezeikel Shurts; eight great grandchildren, Alysia, Makalia, Corrissa, Kerstan, Ronnie Jr. Ian, Devin and Kodie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles M. and May Butcher Mitchell, husbands, Edward J. Newhouse and James E. Teets; two sons, John and Terry Newhouse, two brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Teets was a nurses assistant at Riverside Nursing Home for over 15 years. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. A service will be at 10:30AM March 6, 2003 at Baird Funeral Home with Rev. John Shelton officiating. Burial will be in the Dayton Veterans Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio.
