Mary Alice Johnson Mary Alice Johnson, age 79, of Tipp City, Ohio died Sunday morning, August 14, 2011 at the Upper Valley Medical Center Emergency Room, Troy, Ohio. She was born July 14, 1932 in Troy, Ohio to the late Clayton Caldwell and Clara Mae Asher Swabb. She married Martin L. Johnson who preceded her in death on March 11, 2001. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah K. Wilson of Tipp City and Peggy and Jim Scott of Troy, Ohio; six grandchildren, David and Erica Scott, Greg and April Scott, Staci and John Chiow, Jeremy Ashman, Angela Moore, and Jonathan Moore; and four great-grandchildren, Roman and Emma Scott; Peyton Scott; and Mason Moore. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia A. Partida. Mary was a member of the Christian Chapel Church. She was a volunteer at the Clothesline for over 20 years in Tipp City, Ohio. Services will be held 1:00PM Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with the Pastor Jessie Tipton officiating. Interment to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Tipp City, Ohio.
