Mary Lou Heffner, age 72, formerly of Troy and more recently of Gray Court, SC passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC.  She was born August 29, 1947 in Troy, OH to the late Richard Honeyman and Lucille (Lawrence) Honeyman.  Mary Lou was married to William R. Heffner and he preceded her in death on March 8, 1980.

Mary Lou is survived by her sons: Thomas Waters and Kenneth Curtis; daughters and sons-in-law: Winifred (Juan) Gonzales-Arenas; Mona (David Wynn) Davis and Glenna (James) Coon; grandchildren: Richard Waters; Jacquie (Jaime) Valdes-Diaz; Andrew Waters; Bridgette Waters; Brandon (Ashely) Waters; Kaylee Fair; Sheila Gonzales; Lori Gonzales; Ashley (David) Albaugh; ten great grandchildren; brother: John Honeyman and sisters:  Marilyn Bennett and Madonna Crump.

In addition to her parents and her spouse, she was preceded in death by her brothers:  Richard "Dick" Honeyman and Dwight David Honeyman.

A Graveside services will be held at a later date at Riverside Cemetery in Troy, OH.  Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society.
