Mary W. Cleveland Mary W. Cleveland, 88, of Troy, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest E. Cleveland in February of 1991, and her brother William H. Weaver in June of 1998. She is survived by one son, Kenneth W. Cleveland of Springboro, Ohio; two daughters: Charlene Rock of Sparks, Nevada and Francine Massie of Huber Heights, Ohio; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Cleveland was born on November 5, 1923 in Bryan, Ohio to the late J. Arter and Blanche Henry Weaver. She attended Bowling Green State University and was a charter member of the Troy Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She retired from the City of Troy Recreation Department in 1984 and was a member of the Miami County Chapter of Public Employee Retirees. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Troy. Private services will be held for the family. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.
