Mary Louise Burns Mary Louise Burns age 77 of Troy, Ohio passed away on Tuesday June 25, 2013. She was born in San Diego, California to the late Commander James Nelson, USN and Mary Ethel Dorsey Nelson. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Myron Burns of Troy. She is also survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Burns and Terry McGowan of Jackson Center, Bev and Dave Thacker of Tipp City and her granddaughter, April Ali Locklan of Scotland. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her brother Bruce Nelson & her son Doug Burns. Louise was a member of First Baptist Church in Troy. Her hobbies were reading, sewing and crafts. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family and she will be missed by many. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Friday, 2013 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Pastor Doug Magin officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens Vandalia, Ohio.
