Mary Elizabeth ''Betty'' Goss, age 83 of Troy, Ohio died Saturday, March 9, 2002. She was born April 17, 1918 in Mt. Gilead, Ohio of the late, John Benson and Mary Smith Benson. She is survived by her sisters, Enid Wiseman and Blanche Carter and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her five brothers and two sisters. She was a WWII US Wave Veteran and a member of the former Troy Alturian Club. She served as a greeter at the Miami County Safety Building. At the request of Betty, no services will be held.
