Martha Margaret (Teegarden) Love, age 87, of Troy passed away on December 9, 2021 at SpringMeade Health Center. She was born on October 21, 1934 to the late Fred and Lucille (Coates) Teegarden.

Martha is survived by her children: David (Jacki) Love of New Bremen, Terry (Karen) Love of Troy, Barry (Kathy) Love of Piqua, Vicki (Tim) O'Neal of Troy, Sandi (Ernie) O'Neal of Troy, and Scott (Carol) Love of Tipp City; brother: Larry Teegarden of Portland, IN; grandchildren: Dan (Erin) Love, Andy Love, Travis (Ha'ani) Love, Nathan Love, Amanda Hines, Jason (Melissa) Love, Jeremy Love, Adam (Alicia) Love, Jordan (Patrick) O'Neal Shepherd, Tyler (Ana) O'Neal, Brian (Brooke) O'Neal, Sarah O'Neal, and Kyle (Caulette) Love; and 24 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband: Harold R. Love; and grand son-in-law: Jeremy Hines.

Martha was previously a member of Red Hats Society and golf league.  She received her Associates Degree as a licensed practical nurse in her later years.  Martha was a nurse for many years.  She received the Florence Nightingale Recognition and pin from Ohio's Hospice of Miami County for all her years of dedication.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 13, 2021 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with interment following in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.  Friends may call from 12:00-2:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
